If towing is included in your coverage, fax a copy of the bill to 1-866-201-2423. Please include your name, phone number, policy number and any other relevant information. A Titan associate may contact you.
Filing a broken windshield or glass claim
To file a broken windshield or glass claim, please call 1-866-496-1381. You will be connected to Safelite AutoGlass, our glass claims administrator.

Titan provides 24-hour windshield insurance claims reporting service anywhere in the country. We work closely with a third-party glass claims administrator, Safelite AutoGlass, who provides fast and convenient repair service whenever and wherever you need it. Safelite can help arrange for windshield repair/replacement at the glass shop of your choice, at a location convenient for you.
Tips to submit a car windshield insurance claim
Please have the following information handy when making a claim: your policyholder card number, your vehicle year, make, model and body style, and the date of the incident.
To process your windshield claim:
- Call 1-800-421-3535 and state "glass only." Or report your claim online.
- Answer a few questions about the vehicle and your windshield insurance claim
- Determine the date, time and place where you would like service performed
- Obtain your referral number
