Titan Mobile App Update
Titan.com is now optimized for mobile devices! Due to the great success we’ve had with the new mobile site, on August 28th, the Titan Mobile app will be removed from app stores for both Apple iPhones and Google Android smartphones.
We are very excited about our new customer experience online. However, with a change of this size, there will certainly be questions. To help with this transition, we have created a list of potential questions you may have.
Functionality for the Titan Mobile app will no longer be provided beginning September 15th.
Why the switch to Titan.com?
This change allows Titan to focus all attention on Titan.com and creating the best customer experience on the site.
How do I access Titan.com using a smartphone?
Using any smartphone browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), you can enter the Titan.com URL. This will take you directly the mobile-optimized website. To access your policy information, click on Log In to Your Account.
Will I need to create a new login for Titan.com?
No. The same username and password you have for the mobile app today can be used on the Titan.com mobile site.
Am I losing any of the features I use on the Titan Mobile app?
No. Titan.com offers the same capabilities as the Titan Mobile App.
What does this mean for the Titan Mobile app?
You will be able to continue using the Titan Mobile app until September 15th, at which point you will need to begin using the Titan.com mobile website.
If I already have the Titan Mobile app and open it on September 15th or later, what will happen?
You will not be able to connect and will need to go to Titan.com to access you account.
