Through the strength of Carlyle’s Global Credit platform, the fund seeks to provide access to a wide array of private credit strategies - which can include Direct Lending, Opportunistic Credit, Liquid Credit, Real Assets Credit, Hybrid Capital, and Structured Credit.
The fund offers a low-barrier entry point into private credit—an asset class traditionally utilized by institutional investors seeking to generate stable year-over-year income and returns that may be less correlated with the public market cycles. For suitable clients, private credit can serve as a valuable complement to our more growth-oriented strategies such as Flagship, Opportunities, Automated Stocks, or Crypto.

3. The fund charges a 15% incentive fee on net investment income, applied only once the fund’s net income surpasses a 6% annualized hurdle rate, with a catch-up provision. See prospectus for details.
