Happy Saturday! Here are the top questions from Ask Titan Anything this week. As always, reach out to us if you have any questions.

Q: What is your take on Nvidia earnings and overall outlook on AI space? What is Titan doing to leverage AI boom?

Nvidia's earnings yesterday were nothing short of impressive as they blew out expectations and signaled that businesses big and small are spending significant capital on AI operating expenses. Nvidia is the clear leader in the GPUs and it's safe to say the world has changed from before Nvidia fiscal first quarter. After they blew out numbers last quarter, we could finally start underwriting numbers that made the valuation make sense. We've did a lot more work over the last couple of months to better understand the supply and demand picture and it became clear that estimates for NVDA could be too low. There's still some more signposts to prove here but we're impressed by the business and their consistent ability to lean into the AI revolution.

Q: Are there any plans for a Private Equity strategy?

The idea of a Private Equity strategy is definitely something we have explored internally. Our goal is to offer clients access to an asset class historically challenging to reach and that has proven to provide an attractive risk/reward profile. Similar to private credit, real estate, and venture capital, we would look to harness the expertise of top-tier players, aiming to drive long-term growth. There might be more developments in this area in the medium term, and we're excited about the potential opportunity as part of our roadmap.

Q: Is there any way to get in on the ARM IPO via Titan before it goes public?

Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way for clients to gain access to pre-IPO opportunities like the highly anticipated ARM IPO. The first months of trading are often volatile as the markets search for price discovery and insiders often seek liquidity. We'd likely avoid a newly minted public company until it forms a base of investors but will be interested in the fundamentals once it's public and trading on an exchange. At first glance, it looks interesting and there may be a world where we purchase it inside Offshore down the road.
