That’s why we’re paying it forward with a scary good offer: earn up to $6,000 when you roll over a retirement account to Titan by Halloween.

You can roll over a Traditional, Roth, Inherited, SEP or SIMPLE IRA, as well as a 401(k) or 403(b) plan. You can also combine rollovers to maximize your award. We allow partial rollovers, too.

The process takes ~3 minutes. Just email retirement@titan.com and attach a recent account statement for the IRA, 401(k), or other retirement accounts you wish to transfer to Titan. Our IRA Concierge will take it from there.

What types of accounts can I roll over? We accept IRA transfers (Traditional, Roth, SEP, SIMPLE, Inherited), 401(k) rollovers, and 403(b) rollovers. See this IRS rollover chart to understand what account types you can roll into a Titan Traditional or Roth IRA.

Can I roll over a taxable account? Yes, we accept taxable account transfers but they are not eligible for the Halloween Rollover Award.

Can I roll over part of my funds instead of the entire account? For IRAs, yes. For 401(k) and 403(b) plans, it depends on your plan provider's policy. Ask them if they allow "partial rollovers." If they do, then you can inform them of the specific amount you would like liquidated and rolled over to Titan.

What types of IRAs does Titan offer? We currently offer Traditional and Roth IRAs. Many types of IRAs and retirement plans can be rolled into Titan Traditional and Roth IRAs. See here.

What is the investment strategy for Titan IRAs? Your IRA will be invested in a combination of our Flagship, Opportunities and/or Offshore strategies. We'll show you our recommended mix in the app (based on your risk profile and asset level), but you can also choose your own custom mix if you wish. All rollovers go to your Titan IRA's cash balance to start. You can then choose to invest the funds as you'd prefer. Note that Titan Crypto is not available in Titan IRAs.

What are the fees for Titan IRAs? The annual fee structure for IRAs is the same as for Individual accounts. See here.

Will my referral credits apply to a Titan IRA? Yes! Any existing referral credits you earned under our old referral program that result in fee reductions of 25% each will continue to apply to all your Titan assets (Individual and IRA accounts).

Will a rollover result in any taxes or penalties? No, direct rollovers of 401(k), 403(b), and IRA accounts do not incur any taxes or penalties.

Will I be charged any fees to roll over my IRA, 401(k), or 403(b)? No, we do not charge any fees for incoming rollovers. However, your retirement account provider may charge an outgoing fee. Check with them if you're unsure.

Do I need to sell any investments in my retirement account(s) before rolling over? No, we can usually handle this for you (depending on your delivering account provider's rules). We do not charge fees for these sales at Titan. As a reminder, selling your investments is not a taxable event because you are selling shares in a tax-advantaged account.
