The Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services (CEOss) contract is the Marine Corps Systems Commands, (MCSC) Acquisition Center for Support Services (ACSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which enables MCSC to acquire a wide range of support services. This BPA is open to the Marine Corps Systems Command and other Marine Corps organizations. L-3 Communications Titan Group (L-3 Titan) has been supporting Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) in varying capacities and under several different contract vehicles since 1999. We are currently the Acquisition, Logistics and Administrative (ALA) prime support contractor for the following programs: Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) and Tanks; Infantry Weapons; Communications, Intelligence, and Networking Systems (CINS) and Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Services (MCEITS). L-3 Titan provides MCSC and other Marine Corps organizations professional support services that include, but are not limited to the following:

This BPA is open to the Marine Corps Systems Commands and Marine Corps organizations that have ties to MCSC.
