The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center-Fort Monmouth Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with The Titan Corporation as a prime contractor, enables CECOM and other Army, DOD, and Federal Government Agencies, to acquire a wide range of Information Technology and Support Services that include but are not limited to the following:

This BPA is open to the Army, DOD agencies and other Federal Government agencies as well as contractors performing DoD contracts. All warranted Contracting Officers in the Federal Government are authorized to place orders under this BPA, after approval and receipt of a delegation of procurement authority from CECOM. Orders shall be placed via EDI, Fax or paper.

How to use this BPA:

The ordering activity generates the Statement of Work (SOW) and forwards it to Titan and the Centralized Order Processing Officer (COPO) simultaneously.

Titan responds with a technical and cost proposal based on the statement of work (SOW) in electronic format.
